unit shield trouble

i converted a scenario from PC to mac and everything runs fine, except all the unit shields are "barbarian red"!
does anyone know how to fix this?

A strange misfortune indeed of which I knew nothing. By yhe way, anybody knows if it is possible and how to reduce the area of the shield under the "Health Line"?
