onscreen ruler for MAC
Athough recently emerging from the stygian abyss of AOL,it seems our beloved and somewhat absent moderator Macuser is still in the dark. 
Maybe some others are also so...
There is an old utilitiy that displays a ruler onscreen.Its called Super Ruler.Very handy for the science advisor screen in civ2.Have you ever wondered if 70% science will be enough for that next advance?
I don't use it but many players find it helpful,especially in OCC.
