Tried our host's suggestion re downloading and that failed. Does anybody have the dang file?

Meaning that you can't download the file? I could try to email it to you if you like, but it is 2.2 MB and your ISP may reject email over 2 MB (that's the cut-off for AOL).
I'll go ahead and try to mail it to you.
BTW, I'll be in Colorado and away from computers until July 3rd, so if this doesn't work, we may have to wait until then to work on it further.
