Does anyone know how to convert a Mac scenario to be played on a Pc? I'm next to release the 1st part of my new scenario, but I need some playtesting and 99% of people in Scenario League / Civ2-Creation forum play on a pc

I don't use a PC
All you need to do is convert sounds to .wav and graphics to .gif
Also the quit dialouge needs to be changed in the game.txt
Other than that mac scenarios works fine on the pc. I've had loads of pc playtesters test my scenarios

Just make sure it is *.scn. The icons, units, people, etc. all need to be *.bmp, or *.gif.Vote Democrat

But...can't you do a bit of playtyesting for me? I'd like to have an opinion about units balancement.
P.S.
Carry on with your schoolwork. Look at the nice side of the medal: if you're still at school, you're surely still young (younger than me

I would playtest if you want me to. I can always procrastinate doing my schoolwork.Vote Democrat

Sorry for not having replied before, but I've missed the mail notice. I'll be very glad if you can do a bit of playtesting for me, Potus. By now the playtesting will only concerns units balancement, so it will be a bit boring, mainly because I'll have to give some guidelines (AI aggressivness, bomber-ship combats.....). If you really want to mess up with such a task, I'll be very happy: I've been working on this scenario for more than 6 months, changing the point of view over and over, and there's still a lot of work to doOriginally posted by POTUS

How about joining me in the creation of the scenario I'm currently working on? It's a multi-part ww2 standard scenario (european theatre) and most of the work has been done. A screenshot is following
