    Actually, I had Safari running while I changed the theme. But when I logged out and in again it was all normal.

    Strange. I'm using Smoothstripes 3.1.1 so you might try that one.

      i'm using the Aqua Extreme with the recessed buttons, the only major thing that doesn't apply is the metallike top on the finder. other than that it seems to apply.

        Did you use ThemeChanger or one of the others? The one I used leaves Safari as Brushed Metal (which Apple programmer has a fetish for brushed metal for God's sake).

          i used theme changer, it pretty much changed every thing on safari to the aqua extreme theme, with the exception of the top bar of the window, which instead of being the very subuded metal look is instead the subdued aqua, i'll see if i can post a pic of it when i get back to my laptop(using a bloody PC at my student work place).
