The list of achievements for the XBox 360 version of Civilization: Revolution is now known. There are a total of 50 achievements which add up to 1000 points. The list includes winning with each of the civilizations in the game, winning with each of the victory conditions on various difficulty levels, producing certain levels out output in one city, building a size-20 city, winning 20 battles with one unit, unlocking all famous persons, winning by 1000 AD, winning without changing governments and winning with a single city (the infamous one-city challenge).
There are also a handful of smaller achievements that you'll likely unlock in your first game, like making contact with a neighbour, researching a technology, constructing a wonder, building your second city, discovering an articfact and a few others like it. The full list and the exact break-down of the points can be found on the website Xbox360Achievements.org and you can of course discuss them on our forums.
According to free-lance gaming journalist Tom Chick (on his SciFi blog), Firaxis has no plans to support Playstation 3 trophies, so unfortunately these are XBox-only.
