Hi,
I've been toying with the idea of trying to make a scenario for some time now. I haven't opened the Civ3 Editor since before civ3 v1.29f came out, so I wonder if someone can answer a few questions:
1. Is there any way to place on the map fully developed cities and to establish what improvements they have built?
2. Is there any way to set what part of the map the player has already explored?
3. How can I make sure the AI conquers some of my cities in the first turn, but doesn't raze them?
This is a scenario where the AI takes over all but one of the player's cities in around 2000 BC and the aim should be to (at least) take them back before 2000 AD.
