UNIT: Rocket launcher!

This is it! Don't mind about the lack of fancy explosions

EDITED The file is upgraded to launcher v1.1. It is now a bit smaller in size (the original was huge compared to all other modern units) and some animations have been changed/improved.

Here's a new version of the death-flc.
