RARR mod is meant to be played at what difficulty, pls?

I played against 10 AIs on Monarch difficulty and never lasted 50 turns or something. Estimate from the look of things at this difficulty, it's just impossible.
I remember I can rush early AI and beat them on deity difficulty in vanilla game.

I wasn't able to find similar discussions about RARR difficulty anywhere on the internet, so to post it here.
