Copters on Carriers?

I've been tinkering with the editor but I can't seem to make helicopters able to re-base to carriers, full or empty.

Any ideas?

You can't have a transport unit carried by another transport unit. The only way to get helicopters on the carrier is by removing the ability to transport troops and turning it into an attack helicopter.
