Mod and new unit installation

I've been searching the forums, but I haven't found an answer. Where do I install mods and new units? Specifically, which folders do they go into? With scenarios, do they all just go into the scenario folder? I'm sure with new units, I need to place the graphics and MP3s for their death, victory, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The mods go in the Scenario folder, the units go into Art/Units. If you have PTW, it's possible to keep everything in the Scenario folder, if the person who made it added a search path to there.
