I wanted to play on the excellent Marla's Map, but adapted to all the changes that occured since 1.17f. I didn't find any adaptation on the Net, so I tweaked Marla's for a couple of hours. If you want to play with Marla's map, you might want to pick this one instead of doing all the tweaking yourself.
Modifications include :
- Fixed starting positions for all Civ3 + PtW Civs
- Scandinavian capitol is now Stockholm. Trondheim was just a too terrible starting pos.
- Game added twice near Karakorum, to make the starting pos. viable
- Wheat, Cattle and Fish added near Mecca
- 8 sources of Aluminium have been added, for a total of 24 (France, Haiti, Brazil, China, 3 times in Western Africa, Australia)
- The scenario can have 24 Civs.
Modifications which can or need to be included :
- tweaking corruption. The corruption levels are the same as on a tiny map, which is crippling. Can anyone help me changing this ?
