Problems installing PTW

I can't install PTW. The Installshield Wizard starts, but then the following error message pops up:

"Incompatible version of the RPC stub. Setup will now terminate."

There's nothing that I've thought of that makes a difference. Can anybody help me with it please? Thanks!
