I'm currently working on it, first version should be out this weekend, perhaps slightly later.

still working on it, it is harder than i thought.

for example:
-hills, mountains quite clear where they should be, rest of the terains is less obvious.

-some areas have a population in the books, but aren't quite habitable with described terrain and what that would be in Civ 3.

- no idea where resources should be.
