How do you make a custom civ that can be use in ALL forms of the game? And how can you make a custom unit be a speacil???? Can it be done? (And if your REALLY nice and or good, and you make a peacekeeper as a speacil unit for mine civ moded from anthoer mod civ? That Already has a speacil uni???)
