When I get to modern times this thing comes up saying cant find modernhumandefault. and settlermoderndefault. What do I do. I already reinstalled the game and it did it again! Please help!

The version is in the bottom left corner of the start screen. If it's plain Civ3, it should be 1.07f (unpatched), 1.16f, 1.17f, 1.21f or 1.29f.Comment

Personally I found a SettlerModernDefault.flc file under the "Art\units\SETTLER MODERN TIMES" directory. Nothing about a modernhumandefault file or such a thing within a file.Nym

My brother has the same problem. It is a burned copy so thats probably the problem. Im going to get the original soon so thanx for ur help. Ill have to wait it out though
