need help with a scenario creation

Hi guys.
I've decided to creat a very organized scenario with rhe right location for almost every major city in the world,
but I have a serius problem, after locatin about 1/4 of the cities, it seems that i can't creat cities anymore, the button just blocked himself, and i don't know what to do.
after all the long researches about the right location it would be realy shame to give it up.

IIRC the mamimum amout of cities is 512, no more.

you mean there is no way to place more cities???

The game is not made for a super-computer but a Microstuff OS computer, and as such, it is a wonder that it even works, in real Civilization.
