I just bought TW and installed fist Civ 3(it wasn't installed) and then PTW. And I installed the v1.14f patch. And when I click Civilization3X.exe it says: A required DLL IFC23.DLL cannot be found. And then it closes. What can I do?
Gauke, try reading this thread. Some guys gave a possible solution there.
You can also try searching for IFC23.DLL - I have found the abovementioned thread exactly this way. Click on the "search" item right next to the "control panel" and enter IFC23.DLL as the keyword to be searched for. Several posts show up.
