For those of you fortunate enough to own Civ3 Play The World, I have something very special in my sack for you....
Just right click, click 'save as' and download it. You may then unzip the files into your civ3/civ3PtW/scenario/ folder and play.
The README will tell you a bit more. You have eleven playable nations to choose from, starting in the year 1900 and continuing to 2050. There are eleven scenarios representing the eleven playable nations, reflecting a wide range of situations and challenges, whether you play as the powerful European empires or the growing United States, developing Russia or even an underdog such as Italy, Austria-Hungary or China.
Naturally, this scenario is not quite complete yet and so as part of playing the above scenarios, I expect a bit of advice on how to further develop the game, which is your duty as a would-be playtester.
My Email address can be found in the README for the purpose of such feedback.
Have fun!
