How to conduct espionage mission?

I have built embassies with all other civs and have spies planted in them. How can I conduct espionage mission like viewing troops in a particular city?

in the information box thingy, lower left corner, there will be four icons, D,E,P,H, click on the E then select the contry then do what you want to do.

You can also double-click on the pentagon icon next to the city name of the city that has the Intelligence Agency small wonder.
