Firaxis: Gov specific still not working right

I have PTW and I'm still seeing effects from my gov specific small wonders, even though I'm not supposed to. I made one that was Monarchy specific that reduced corruption like an FP, and also allowed me to build an army with no leader. Well now that I've switched to Republic, the buillding is no longer in my city list, but it is still affecting corruption in the area, and I can still build an Army.

PS The "Treasury Earns 5%" lingers as well.
