Can you not change the names of units in PTW editor like you could in the Civ III edi

Can you not change the names of units in PTW editor like you could in the Civ III editor? Does not work for me!!!

I see 'rename' as one of the buttons. on the units tab. However, I have not tried it myself.
It may involve more, like changing other files in the game for the units themselves, in the Unit folder of the game. Not sure though, but it seems logical. You change the name, then the game, looks in the Unit folder for the unit, and there is none in that folder with that name.
Have to maybe change everything.

You have to make sure the entry in the PediaIcons.txt file is changed as well. The one that looks like this:
