Voice chat. How does it work?

Well, one thread with my text would have been better than the two threads without my text. lol. Mod, I do not know how to delete the other thread.

Anyway I will try again but shorter this time.

We tried voice chat in PTW. We did change the ptw.ini file setting the voicechat line to 4. We also passed the hardware tests but could only chat by text. No voice chat for us. Did we miss something here?

The TAB button?

The TAB button? I do know about the ~ button for the text chat. Does one need to press the TAB button for the Voice chat?

Finally had the opportunity to try using the TAB button. It did not help. Is anyone using a value other than 4 for Voice Quality?

I try to chat using an XP and Win98 computers.

Finally solved this one. You have to keep the tab pressed sh.....
I only pressed it once and thought it would work from then on.

Anyway, this problem seems solved. Thanks for the help.
