I wanted to know with which version the editor of maps allows to choose the starting point of each civilization. I have the version 1.16F in Spanish of the game and it doesn't allow it to me. When it passes to the version 1.21F the maps they tell me that they don't serve.

You have to get version 1.29f, but I don't know if it's out in Spanish yet.
