Moding questions for PTW

I had a seperate unique civ for myself which had alternate graphics for many units... do i re-add them into the PTW folder or just leaving them in the Civ3 folder is okay? My impression is that it should be okay... but doesn't hurt to ask now while i painstinkly add them again to the civ3x.bix, lol

same for buildings...?
