A custom menu screen for Greeks !
I wanted to create a new menu screen using the attached image. It's a picture of the Atheninan Acropolis I took in 2001, looking at it from Phillopapou hill.
I thought it might be popular with players who tend to play as the Greeks.
I attempted to convert it to 256 colours but what I ended up with didn't match the Civ3 palette and all I got was a black screen. Maybe there's a graphical genius out there who would welcome the challenge.
Maybe it'll inspire players who favour other civs to go for custom menu screens. The pyramids with the tower blocks of airo in the background perhaps, the capitol building in Washington DC, or the Kremlin ?
If anyone does want to try, but needs a bigger image, or one with the Civ3 logo added, let me know, I can supply.
