Cultural... crash?

I was playing Romans on Regent with 1.29f applied.

Upon achieving cultural victory I got the message:

ERROR READING FILE

Missing entry in "text/Pedialcons.txt": LOVED_RACE_ROMANS

I attach the screenshot.

Anybody experienced something like that with 1.29f?
Or maybe it is rare for Romans to achieve cultural victory?

Go to your vic 3 directory (Usually C:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III )
Then go to the text folder then open up PediaIcons.txt (in notepad or something).
Hit Control-F (or Edit>Find) and type in the following line:

#LOVED_RACE_ROMANS

and you should get to a part like:

#LOVED_RACE_ROMANS (Cultural Victory Winner)
art\leaderheads\CE_CULTB.pcx

Now, delete the "(Cultural Victory Winner)" bit and press save then try the game again.
I hope that works.
