Does anyone know where I can get a small earth map for CIV 3?

There may not be one. Even the largest Earth maps for Civ III have accuracy problems. A small one might only have a few tiles, at most, for all of Europe. Even Marla Singer's ultra huge Earth map is VERY crowded in Europe. -
Try the Scenarios folder in the game folder.
It has two map sizes, but I am not sure of the size.Comment

the smallest you'll find is standard size (100x100 tiles). check out the "CIV3-Creation"-Forum and look for "el mencey"'s maps- Artificial Intelligence usually beats real stupidity

El Mencey also has a 60 x 60 Earth map, i'm not sure if hes posted it here yet but it is on his site.Unfairly Banned at Civfanatics twice...
