Waht i have missed?

Damn ! I have got an italian version of the game but i am not able to create a mod that contains a gundam unit,so long i have created all the folders required and used a paracudutist(i hope is well spelled)image putted after the privateer image into the unit.32pcx all this done ,on the civ3.mod.bic but when i try to play and load a save game everything crash with a sigle:dataIO error:unit.
What is wrong? please someone help me i am getting mad on this.

YOu got a Gundam.ini in your Gundam folder?

If not, check out the warrior folder, and look at it's .ini file.....
