How to make civ3 units from bmps?

Is it possible to make civ3 units from bmps of units? What steps are required?

you'll need a paint program (paint shop pro or photoshop are recommended)

you'll need a program that can make civ3_flic _type files. The freeware Flicster program (you can DL it at the utilities forum section)

But it is strongly recommended that you read the readme for the Flicster program and seach for more info about making units which i am sure the're guides somewhere.

You could easy get more help if you look in *units_created_threads and ask how it was done, or exame the files, comments etc.
