When I try to open a downloaded scenario from this site it says, "Could not open scenario file. the file may be corrupt." Did I install it wrong, Whats the deal?

It's probably an older scenario, which the latest patch no longer recognizes. What you need to do is open up the editor, find the Import command and select the scenario you want to play, then save it again when it's finished doing it's thing. That should give you an updated version of the bic file for that particular scenario.
