    Hello

How can I enable taxing in all of my cities?

I have on city that overturned their leader and they have taxman in the city. How can I put taxman in other cities?

Keep clicking on the citizen heads until they show up as taxmen

Why would you want taxmen anyway? They produce exactly ONE whole coin each. If they were working a roaded tile instead of being a specialist they would produce at least two coins. Assuming a reasonable level of corruption that is. In highly corrupt cities it may be usefull on occasion.

However as Zulu pointed out you can click on specialist heads to cycle through the three types. To get a specialist just click on any worked tile that you don't want worked and the citizen will become a specialist. To convert a specialist into a viable and usefull citizen that is working a tile simply click on an unworked tile and the citizen will begin a new and prodcutive life as a drone.

The specialists are really only there to give surplus citizens something to do, esp. when pollution occurs or if the city is size 21+

I agree. The only specialist that makes sense in cities that don't have a worker on every free square is the entertainer.
Taxmen and scientists only make sense if you have spare citizens that don't have free squares to work on.
