Adding citizens doesn't work anymore.

It seems that whatever Firaxis has changed when it comes to Citizens has caused a problem that crashes the game. I tried adding one with the editor itself, and copying one with the MultiTool, and everytime I try to select it, the game dumps to desktop with no message. I had that working fine before 1.29f.

I used Gramphos' Civ3MTv95 not too long ago to answer someone's question about population numbers and the add/delete citizens worked fine for me. I have v1.29. Never tried it with the editor, but MultiTool seems fine...

Maybe it has something to do with my system, but I tried both ways, and it always crashed as soon as I tried to get past the Scientist. I didn't have that problem with the last patch, it's something new.
