an all-ai game?

is it possible to create a game, through the editor or some other means, in which there is no human player, just AI's?

i was thinking about doing this to study AI behaviors.

It might be possible. I think the people at Firaxis do it when they test things out. I don't know of any way for us "normal" players to do it though.
