Idea for graphics

I wish I could do this but I don't have the 3.2 million dollars to afford photoshop.
I was just thinking about an old game I used to play. It was called Caesar III. The game had tons of resources and luxuries, I bet someone could copy them and turn them into civ3 resources/luxuries.

BTW, Photoshop Elements is only $100 full retail (meaning you can get it a good bit cheaper) and is more than powerful enough for the job.

according to my student loan I'm in the hole by $1,800 and I don't even have a job.

Just download Paint Shop Pro 7. That seems to work better for me than Photoshop anyway.

Must be nice! I'm in for $20,000, and just scraping by being self-employed. I'll be looking for a part-time job soon I guess.

paint shop pro (photoshop lite) is much cheaper and you can use it for free to start with ( trial period )
