Help to create new improvements/wonders?

I know there's a lot of things that needs to be done, when making a new e.g. wonder (Like adding graphics), but could someone please tell me which things needs to be done, which txt file needs to be changed, where to put the new pcx files and such...

Btw, since I'm not that good a graphics, does it make any difference (except in City view screen) if I just copy/paste/rename old building graphics, so I don't need to make some other graphics...

Go to the Creation forum for that. This forum is more for gameplay and hardware issues than editor help.

I wouldn't worry about it, chances are they'll just move it anyway.

As for your question, yes you can use existing graphics for your improvements/wonders. Your best bet is get your hands on the Civ3MultiTool utility, then just copy existing structures. Then you won't have to worry about any of that stuff, it will take care of the graphics for you. You'll just have to go into the editor and create the specifics for the improvement.
