Game is always crashing at same turn

hello,
I startet a game (1.29f) on an own map, which I've made completely with Civ3Edit 1.50 - BIC 4.01! The map can be found here: Civ3Map
The rules and the file "Civ3mod.bic" have not been changed at all!
Every time I try the next turn, Civ3 crashes!
This error does NOT only occur on my computer...

Is it a bug or what can I do???

I can only tell that it crashes on me, too.
But I don't know why. Sorry.
