MOD: Names2.bic for V.1.29f

Here, after a long period of inactivity, is the Names2 mod revised. It does nothing but add more and change for better accuracy, the names of some cities, leaders and barbarian tribes.
It's a revision of the earlier citynames mod - once again thanks to the writer of this and to the others who made corrections & suggestions.
