one more simple question please help

in edititor my civilazation screen is to big where the team color screen hangs off the screen where i cant touch it any ideas on how to make it smaller please help im tired of being puke blue

Did you try another screen resolution?

You have your display prefs set for "Large Fonts" don't you? If so, make them "Normal".
