I'm not sure why you would be having this problem based on the information so far, but you should be able to fix it by copying Leader Modern Times (or any of the leader folders) to a folder called Leader and renaming the new Leader Modern Times.ini within this folder to Leader.ini.

Nope, it is enough to create a fake "no-era" Leader.INI file. Remember - Mike told you to create a renamed COPY of one of the era specific folders/INI files. I believe it is important that you leave the current Leader folders and INI files as they are (you might be having troubles missing the original files otherwise).Originally posted by godisalie
