Half screen missing!

I have a weird problem after switching to an NEC LCD 1830 monitor. When I launch Civ III, I now only see the bottom half of the Civ screen on the top half of the computer screen, with the bottom half of the computer screen staying pitch black!

I've updated video card drivers at nVidia's site. Anyone else have this problem?
