Blasted Editor!

Okay, I seem to be having some problems with including multiple players for my Pacific scenario. I can make 2 players fine, but if I do more than that, the cities of civs beyond player 2 don't want to appear sometimes, and other times the game just crashes instead (with a nice error message) while I'm loading the scenario just about to get into the game. Anyone know what's going on?

I don't know. Could you attach a BIC withe problem in it?
