I am new to making scenarios for civ 3 so I don't know much about it. I have used the civ 3 editor with the v1.29f patch but the editor doesn't allow for certain things like setting the diplomatic terms of two civilizations and planned events. I was wondering if there is any way of getting past this editor deficiency or am I just stuck with the curent civ 3 editor until they release a new patch. I was also wondering how I could create an animation head. I would like to create the Canadian civilization and others but the animation heads that come with the game are only for the existing civs. Is there any tutorial on how to create the heads or software that I need for this? Any help would be wonderful.

About the editor: yes it sucks we know. As for the Canadians I believe that some has already made a leaderhead for them.Overworked and underpaid C/LTJG in the NJROTC
If you try to fail and succeed which have you done?

I have created my little version of the earth with starting points for the major countries and civilizations featured in civ 3. The problem now is that when I go to play the scenario, I get an error when I pick one of my newly created civilizations, like the Australians. The game then quits. I think this might be caused by the fact that I didn't put anything in the head animations box. I can play the Flics in quick time viewer, but can't edit them. Could someone tell me what software would be required to edit these files. I would really like to create my own leader heads.
