      Yes, I agree that this is probably a driver problem. I've switched off all the visual and auditory goodies, but to no avail. Keep in mind that this is happening when my unit is just standing there, so maybe it's the animated circle that rotates around the active unit.

      You wouldn't believe how hot my laptop gets. This is really irritating.
