Scenario Start Map

Is there anyway I can set how much of the map is visible to the civs at the start of the game in my scenario with the new 1.29 editor? If not will firaxis add this later?

Nope and hopefully.

Gramps' CMT could make the entire map visible in a .SAV, but I don't think in a .BIC.
