Two scenerio questions:
I am interested in making a WWI scenerio for my own use, and there are two questions I have:
In the new patch, is there any possible way to label a map flat as opposed to spharical,
and:
Is there a way to create or change the diplomatic status between civs at the beginnig of the game? rith now I don't see how to do it, and without this ability a WWI scenerio seems impossible to make then.
