nice idea, hope you can find a solution for the auto-exit-problem!
i see problems here, that the program won't know, which comes first.
even if you can get this to work. you can't define, what happens. i think "remove forrest" is hardcoded. it would be nice if firaxis would make this possible with fields e.g.
convert [xxxx] into [yyyy]
then one could bring back the engineers from civ2 (build hills, etc.)
these should be handlable by the application... i think, that IF you can get one of these to work, it'll be from this group!
