This is nothing too special, but it is expanded so that all the #civ 1 diplomacy options have enough strings for 31 civs. (I just added 1 new set of strings to each one that was fairly generic in wording, then cut/pasted it 15 more times)
Hopefully I didnt make any mistakes, but the only testing I did was a quick load of a saved game I had where my new spanish civ was formerly talking to me with blank diplomacy screens It seemed to work, so I figured Id post it in case someone else wanted it.
If you do find any errors, please post a correction
I would suggest we work on a better one for the new civs we probally all plan to add (spanish, vikings, dutch, mongols, incans, mayans for me at least), but I doubt its really worth the effort with ptw suspose to be out in a few months.
PS: As far as I know, and as far as I could tell from my test, it doesnt hurt anything for diplomacy.txt to have enough responses for 31 civs even with less. I tested it setup for 31 civs with only 17 civs, and it worked as expected.
