Here's the situation. I've been eagerly awaiting this patch for some time now. What I havn't been looking forward to is gathering all the information they need so I can have a new safedisk patch .exe emailed to me, FOR THE THIRD FREAKING TIME!!!!!!
Anyway, I've gathered my information and I am ready to send it, however the tech support site doesn't display the email address, it has a button you press that automatically opens your email client etc etc. I cannot get this to work, and really don't want to. I work offshore, have internet access by satellite and don't/can't reconfigure the groupwise program to open up. Besides, it looks bad when I'm downloading patches for video games on a work computer on groupwise, I need to use my personal email address
All I need is the email addy, could someone please help me out?
