high score utility program (Cstat) needed

I have an idea for a utility program that would combine SirPleb's DateScoreCalc thingy, mapstat, and Apollo in one super utility program plus show some other usefull data. This would show projected 2050 score, tiles til domination limit, etc. The one problem I'm have with it is that I'm not a programmer! Please take a look a what I'm talking about and offer to make it or just provide suggestions for someone who will. Thank-you very much.
